Growing up in Pakistan: Vocational Aspirations, Identity Formation and Risk of Identity Crisis

My thesis is a meta-analysis of understanding relations between vocational aspirations and identity formation in young adults. Through my paper, I have laid out the relationship between identity development and career development to understand how they influence each other.
